• If you are affected by unforeseen travel restrictions caused by the corona pandemic, such as quarantine, flight cancellation, a stopover in an affected country or travel restrictions imposed by local authorities, our extraordinary cancellation conditions apply to you. • If your travel plans change due to the cancellation or postponement of a trade fair, congress or other public event, you can cancel your booking with us free of charge or rebook according to the new date.

• Changes or cancellations of reservations made through a third party provider or travel website must be discussed directly with the relevant provider.
